To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What happens next

  1. Order confirmed Payment received or COD approved — we prepare your PPE at our Pallabi office.
  2. Packed & dispatched Handed to courier (inside Dhaka ~24h, outside 2–3 business days).
  3. Out for delivery Courier may call before arrival — especially on COD orders.
  4. Delivered Inspect the parcel before paying the courier. Issues? WhatsApp us within 7 days.
