Return & Refund Policy

You can return unused PPE in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return approval.

Policy summary

  • 7-day window from delivery; items must be unused with tags and packaging.
  • Get approval before shipping anything back — wrong or defective items: send order number and photos.
  • No returns on opened gloves, custom-printed vests, used PPE, or clearance items.
  • Refunds in 5–10 business days (bKash, Nagad, or original payment) after inspection at our Uttara office.

Delivery fees are not refunded unless we made an error. Your rights under Bangladesh consumer law still apply.
